The quality of food is good. Its delicious and price is reasonable. But the service could have a lot more improvement.
Service was bad.I ate dine in today,but when order,no one service,i just walked to the counter to order. The food was not delicious,no taste.The sauce really light.
The service is appalling in here, you wait ages to be served and then not a very friendly attitude when you are served. I got beef rendang which I had to send back as it was full of grizzly fat bits of meat. I was told 'the chef said that's the way it meant to be and don't order it again if you didn't like it' - don't worry about that! The chicken satay stick we got for the kids were terrible too, dry, chewy it was hard to see if it was even chicken. The prawn crackers were nice at least. Would not recommend this restaurant.
Didn’t even deserve one star but I couldn’t give anything less. Waited for almost an hour for takeaway. Surly waitress has the worst service attitude and the older woman had a face like a smacked arse - totally miserable. Never, ever again will I put foot in that place. Food was abysmal. If you ever have the chance to go here, just don’t. Do yourself a favour and try the dumpster out the back - food is the same but the service is infinitely better.
Pretty good food for the price, and the menu is huge. Had a pleasant experince was quite clean, and had a good layout. Better than what I expected so that’s a bonus. Much better than the other Chinese restaurants surrounding it, but not the cheapest.
This one is one of the most terrible restaurant I have in my life.I also don’t want to give them one start. I walk in no hello, no smile. We need to come to the courter to order with no happy face and they come to the table next to me to order. The waitress is the most horrible in that restaurant. I order 2 dish, one dish is the tofu and is no taste. Another is pork ribs and is haven’t cook. I say with them change another one for me and she even don’t say sorry and the emotional like we doing something wrong with her. Don’t come here also just try. SPENDING MONEY TO GET BACK UNHAPPY.
i will never come again. slow service i ordered several times fried ice cream i waited at least 20 mins. cooking skill become bad the veg taste like over expiry daymy friend had stomache as well
I really like the TenTen fried rice and get it all the time. It's fairly cheap. Service is mostly good. They now offer free water as well. Surcharge for credit or orders under $30 is a bummer for me.
The prices at Ten Ten House seem quite reasonable until the dish arrives at your table. Every portion is half that you would expect elsewhere. I ordered a Combination Fried Hokkien Mee, Prawn Crackers and a Szechuan Chilli Beef at a cost of $31.00. For that price I'd expect to be satisfied, but I left this restaurant still hungry. The Szechuan Chilli Beef was a dish that contained 90% onions and 10% beef. The Combination Fried Hokkien Mee had plenty of think noodles but not much of anything else, and the prawn crackers that were served in a small basket didn't do much for suppressing my hunger. Thankfully the IGA supermarket was still open so I managed to buy a frozen pizza to take home and cook. If the Ten Ten House was not located close to Curtin University I don't think it could ever survive. Anywhere else it would be out of business. I won't be returning!
The service was quite good but the food was a bit average. The fried chicken had far too much batter, skimping on quality.
