We booked a 3 night stay in Paris. On arrival we were picked up at the train station. Our itinerary from Tempo gave us the wrong  hotel. After finally arriving  at the right hotel,we find we have no vouchers for the following  days tours etc. The manager of the hotel rang the local agent and arranged for these to be emailed to us. Confusion arises again the next evening when our itinerary states we will be picked up for our dinner at the Eiffel Tower but in fact we are required to make our own way to the travel agents office. Taxi arranged by hotel and we only just get there in time. Unnecessary stress when everything was meant to be arranged by professionals.

Be VERY careful of booking anything through this group...or read the fine print VERY VERY carefully!  In spite of a single booking of a nine-day bus tour through the south of Spain, which appeared to all intents and purposes to be fully escorted , I spent the first several days alone with no guidance & then we were on a 'hop-on-hop-off bus' in what amounted to 2-star hotels. The sights are not worth the anxiety! One star only and that's so this will be posted. Actually deserves a minus star!
