My father needed 4 weeks respite care after a nasty fall before he could move to rehab. This was a difficult time for my family that everyone at Templestowe Grove kindly helped us navigate.nThe staff are very caring and immediately helped my father and us feel settled and welcome. Even the kitchen staff visited him to ensure he was receiving meals he liked.nTemplestowe Grove is clean, warm, caring and well run. Everyone is so lovely. I would highly recommend.
Dad is thriving since moving into Templestowe Grove. He was lonely at home and his meals and medication were not well managed. The Staff are probably the best part about Templestowe Grove. Within a couple of weeks of Dad moving in they knew who I was whenever I visited. That is remarkable considering they must have so many families to remember.
From Mary and DianenIt was a very emotional time trying to place mum into an Aged Care Facility that is right for her.nOur decision was made easier with the informative and caring advice of Gavin, Justine and Lydia. With their guidance, thankfully mum has adjusted well, especially as she has never been in any Aged Care Facility previously.nThe attitude of the Templestowe Grove staff is great, making mum feel special, catering to her individual nursing, dietary and personal needs, even making sure her TV is tuned for her to watch her AFL footy matches! Mum is gradually taking part in the varied resident activities as well.nThe efforts of Archie, Parveen, Frances, Dilli and the rest of the nursing team are much appreciated, as well as the many daily carers too numerous to name, even Steve in engineering!nWhat really stands out for us is that staff, whilst they may not be able to solve an issue, however small, immediately, they always strive for improvement, once they are made aware of any specific requests or needs. No task seems too small, thus making mum feel a valued member of the Templestowe Grove Community.nWe are very proud of the comments we receive from our family and friends who visit mum....they say Templestowe Grove is a very clean and inviting place to visit.nAll of the above experiences are helping our mum and her whole family to get used to mum now living in her new home.nMary and Diane.

My Mother has been with this aged care facility for around 5 years and I can only offer my thanks for the wonderful care and attention she has received over this time.
