Highly recommended. Had the required tyres in stock in reasonable price. Didn’t take long to do replace the 4 tyres and wheel alignment. Happy with the service.
Have been coming to Tempe tyres Parramatta for the last 5 years. Good customer service, range of products and services and most importantly price is unbeatable. Average wait time like any other tyre shops is generally standard. Waiting lounge is generous. I always bring food and coffee whilst waiting. Highly recommended.
Not sure why some people posted negative reviews, but my own experience was that the staff were polite and professional. I ordered my tyres 2 days earlier and although I talked to different people each ime, they all found me on their system within seconds and kept me up to date. The premises are clean and spacious, and the prices for Pirelli runflat tyres were the lowest I could find online. The only issue for me was that fitting and wheel alignment took over 90 minutes.
Wow! Turtles are definitely quicker than this place. After a 2-hour wait, they still haven't even checked my car. This is the worst service ever. I feel sorry for the owner. They lost one customer today, and I'm sure they will lose 100,00000 customers in the future if they keep providing such terrible service.
Highly recommend. Fitted and balanced 4 tyres for around 2hrs, which I think it was a reasonable time. Took my aftermarket wheels and wheel nuts there and asked them to fit it into the tyres that I bought. I was watching them for the entire process, they guys were taking extra caution to ensure they weren’t scratching the wheels. Will defs go back
