booked an appointment for 11:00 yesterday. Today, after arriving on time, I have been waiting for more than two hours, which is very disappointing. The store promotes cheap prices and good-quality tyres, but you end up losing valuable time just to save some money.nnWhen I asked the receptionist for an update, I was told it would take two hours. Time is money—if I’m losing my time, I’m effectively paying extra.nnBased on this experience, I do not recommend this store for tyre servicing
New tyres on my Alpha, these guys are the real deal. Great prices and fast service. While you wait tire fitting, professional and precise. Couldn’t ask for more. Used them in Tempe for years and this one is the same great service. Recommend to anyone.
Disappointed and frustrated.nnThey used to be price competitive and efficient in fitting tyres. But this time I did not experience a friendly and good customer service.nnBringing in my vehicle early on Sat morning at 8:30am. It took 4.5 hours to wait and fit 4 brand new tyres plus wheel alignment. I could see my car sitting in a bay unattended for almost half an hour.nnIn terms of price, I showed a competitor's price that was more than 16% cheaper with the same brand and model but I did not get a price match as before.nnHence, disappointed with no price match and frustrated with long wait.
Today at 10 am, I handed over the keys to my car at the counter staff of Tampe tyre Clyde for alignment and at 10:18, I received a call from Tampe tyre Clyde and she asked me the front tire of my car also needs to be changed. I agreed to this and the reception staff told me that the time to order the required tires was 3 pm and assured me that the car would be ready as soon as the tires arrived.nAnd when I arrived to pick up my car at 4:20, the counter staff asked the manager to talk to me. When I asked the manager why the car was not ready yet, the manager got angry and started behaving rudely and told me to take it away from my car, it doesn't work, and that there is video in your CCTV cameranWhich you can inquire about the matter yourself and that according to consumer rights you cannot refuse to provide me with service. My complaint should be resolved in which my time was wasted. I was treated in a rude manner and I was told to go to the spring as the words were used. Otherwise I will take my complaint to Fair Trade.
I just want to say thank you to the team who did my tires/wheels/wheel alignment today. The team did an amazing job and looked after me. This is my third car that I’ve brought here and I refuse to go anywhere else. My car looks and drives great. Everyone was welcoming, professional and extremely helpful. An even bigger thanks to the 2 receptionists young ladies who answered my *one too many* phone calls & questions. Great customer service. 5 stars as always.
