Such a great experience at Tempe Tyres.nTommy organised our wheels for us and was super super helpful, answered all our questions and was so accommodating, Iose at the front desk was super helpful and so friendly. Amazing service from Iose today, thank you so much! Tempe Tyres was recommended to me by my mechanic who said they were the best, and I think he was right. I thought I needed 4 tyres, I only needed 2, and the ones that had be recommended to me by someone else not only weren't right for me, they were more expensive. Iose explained everything and didn't try to oversell me, plus I got an excellent education in the process and great advice on maintaining my new tyres. Excellent all around, totally recommend Tempe Tyres & Iose.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!nnWe turned up at Tempe Tyres without an appointment, just hoping to get some advice and ended up receiving some of the best customer service we've ever experienced.nnIose absolutely went above and beyond. He took the time to walk us through all the options for our car, even though we have a custom setup with a lift kit etc.nnIose suggested we try something a bit outside the box that would really complement the look of the car and meet all our requirements.nnHe was upfront about the possibility that it might not fit, and had a solid backup plan to go with a more standard option if it didn't work for our car.nnThanks to his and the teams experience, patience, and a few clever modifications, everything fit like a glove and the final result looks bloody amazing.nnWhat really stood out was how Iose managed to juggle helping us, assisting other customers, and supporting his fellow team mates with a calm and professional attitude.nnHe's a real asset to Tempe Tyres and clearly takes pride in delivering top quality service.nnTempe Tyres continues to impress with their great prices, massive range of quality stock, and knowledgeable staff.nnI wouldn’t trust my cars with anyone else.nnThanks again Iose and team tempe tyres, you’re all legends!
pleasure to deal with the team at Tempe. The shop is large and really busy on the weekend, so if you turn up with a booking or after researching and knowing what you want then you will have zero issues.nnservice staff know their business, give good advice and recommendations for tyres and wheel sizing. alignment was done well despite needing new suspension and steering components to get the most accurate result. old wheels and tyres were wrapped nicely in plastic to avoid damage and dirt and placed in the back of the van to take home.nnzero regrets and would return happily.
Although it is very busy I had wonderful help from Iose who was very friendly, informative and professional.nI got to see different styles of wheels up against my car to help make an informed decision.nVery happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend.nWill be returning when it’s time for new tyres.
