Professional service. Even though it was busy on Saturday; sales rep took time to enquire about my needs and recommended nitrogen inflation for the tyres to maintain the longevity of the tyres. Happy with the service.
Lauren is amazing and efficient got me checked in and out of in less than 1 hour for 2 tyres replacements incl rotations . Tempe tyres is definitely best place for your tyre needs.
Yose specifically asked me to leave a review, so here it is.nPricing is not amazing, given that the supplied tyres are two years old already.nFitting quality is about what you would expect for a busy shop that focuses on turnover. Wheels over-torqued, tyres overinflated measured 45-48psi around the corner after pickup, tyre shine laid on thickly.nCredit card surcharge for payment was unreasonable also.nIf a normal retail store won't charge me a fee on a purchase that's $5 or $5000, why are you charging an $8.80 surcharge on a purchase that was close to $2k? That's just rude.nI've bought several sets of tyres at Tempe over the years for four different cars but I think these will be the last.
In May 2022, I visited Tempe Tyres for a tyre replacement service. However, upon recent inspection, I discovered that the tyre installed was of the incorrect size.nnThey provided tyre of size 255, all other tyres are of size 215. I have driven the car with that incorrect size Tyre for almost 2 years, roughly 30,000km, which is potentially very dangerous.nI raised the issue to Tempe tyre, and received a call back telling me they cannot provide any compensation, but can only provide a discount next time I visit them. I were told that they will send through an email to me, but they never reply to me at all.nnYou can decide on your own whether you will still go to Tempe Tyres, I will never go back anyway.
I recently visited Tempe Tyre Service and had an excellent experience. Isoe was incredibly patient and took the time to go through all the options with me without making me feel rushed. His thoroughness and attention to detail ensured I made the best choice for my needs. Plus, the prices were great! I highly recommend their service!”
