I’m just a small business client spending $1,000 pm on everything we use from Telstra and have made an appointment for 10am. Arrive 10 mins early for the appointment but the staff tell me I need to wait for 10am. Despite an empty shop and 2 staff nothing. I mean seriously can’t Telstra teach any staff about the most basic customer service. Whoops better go now…it’s 10.10 and they have stopped doing nothing and are ready to see me
Top rated for the post services from Hawthorn shop. The staffs were attentive, able to provide solutions. Specially with Charles who had been providing exceptional & professional services since we became Telestra customer in Rowville shop five years ago. Charles is a plus for us to stay with Telestra too!
I had no hesitation to give 5 stars service to the Hawthorn shop staff especially Charles. Though I bought a I -Pad in Knox city with Charles more than 2 years, he still patience to solve my technical problem if any and also co-ordinate with technical service team for my home internet removal . His after sales service is excellent and awesome.
Very professional, especially a staff member named Nick. He helped me to get a new phone as a sacrifice of his own working hours.Highly recommended!
Absolutely appalling service. No customers, three staff, music loudly playing so at least they were having fun. Couldn't have been less helpful when they finally deigned to speak to us.
Staff is always great and helpful, couldn’t ask for better people. But Telstra’s bureaucracy makes it difficult for customers and workers to operate. I’ve since switched to Optus because of this jagged system which the hard workers need to follow.

Great service. I went to change my sim card today as my current one didn't fit my new phone. I didn't have to wait long before being served. The young lady who served me was great and knowledgable. She finished the process and of course, check my ID to confirm I'm the owner of the number and even offered to put the new sim in my new phone for me. All done fast and with friendly service.
We are very regular clients at Telstra shop hawthorn, Our local. WE are continually frustrated by the service. Today was the absolute pits. We went is to buy a simple pre-paid SIM card for our daughter. The guy the served us, couldn't have been less helpful. He was like The undertaker. he offered no suggestions, to our queries, and basically just dropped a brochure in our face with the prepaid plans. He had all the answers, but didn't not want to offer any solutions. Absolutely appalling service. AS as second query we asked about our lease arrangements of our phones. He offered no solution or any alternative. Man I had to bite me tongue.....No happy JAN. We will be contacting ombudsman regarding the lease on our phone. apparently after spending $2500 over 2 years we have to hand out phones back. we never ever agreed to this arrangement.
