Unbelievable. Greetings by a security guard despite observing 4 staff chatting amongst themselves. All heads went to the ground as we approached. Telstra promotes itself as a premium service provider, but this store employs sub standard service policies.
I’ve always found the staff and service to be very professional and helpful. Awesome looking store with plenty of room.
Matthew was fantastic. Had on-going problems with my home internet for 4 months and within 1 hour he had solved all of them. Very informative and caring. 5 Stars.

I got there as they opened and got seen straight away. The young lady was very friendly and helpful. Good service.
Very rude manager at this store who refused to assist with new faulty phone purchased from there.
The store manager, Danica, the brunette. She has no customer service skills, completely dismisses your queries and can’t even look you in the eyes. The way she talks down to her staff is appalling and quite funny since they do a better job than her.
Can’t be bothered explaining myself in much detail because it’s much too painful, but trust me when I say this is the worst Telstra shop around. The most passive-aggressive and unenthused staff I have ever encountered.
