A more productive visit about issues. Yet to realise the complete service they rave about.

I got the $65 plan on Black Friday and got the promise that I can have the $10 credit so that I only need to pay $55 every month. But in the last 2 month I’ve been charged for $65 and the staff in store said I can’t have my money back!

I want to make an appointment to bring in my yr 91 year old mother-in law who wants to buy a phone. I cant get through to the store on the phone - can't book an appointment time on the web and don't want to come and stand with her in the queue for 30 minutes - which is the usual experience. Please can service be improved

terrible experience...not good customer support service, charges very high for everything.. nd even staff working there is misleading

Was told I'd be waiting 10 minutes and I asked if I needed a booking. The lady said no and I waited for one hour. Staff could work a lot quicker and more efficiently

Wide range of phones and service plans. Got a new phone cheaper than my old plans and even helped me get cheaper plan for home line. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for Sharmaine she is awesome
