Advised phone I needed was in stock but could only buy if I put it on a plan. They would not sell outright. Highly questionable sales tactic confirmed by Telstra Corporate as incorrect. This sales tactic is known as third line forcing and is illegal. After bringing all of this to their attention and wasting 30 minutes while they got permission to sell me a phone the transaction was completed. No apology no surprise. It is only that this phone was required immediately that I bothered to buy it here. Will never set foot in here and will advise others not to.

Currently waiting in store after making appointment two days earlier for 12:45, during my lunch. Arrived to be told that the person who logged the appointment had it down for 2pm. Asked if I could take a seat someone won't be long. That was nearly an hour ago. Watching walk ins get service straight away. I have no praise for this store.

Awful customer service. Multiple customers were made to wait for hours with no real explanation. As well as new customers coming into the store left standing around while the staff pretty much ignored them. Pick up your game.

This ^ should be no stars. Avoid this shop.Actually, do yourself a favour and avoid ANYTHING associated with the cartel that goes by the name of Telstra. My father(unfortunately) went into this branch of Telstra looking to get a new mobile plan similar to his old plan($30pm/unlimited calls). Being a pensioner he's not overly tech-savvy, which was, in my opinion, exploited by this store. He was sold a $49pm locked in 12mth contract with 10gb data(!?. He would be lucky to use 10mb of data p/m. He like most pensioners aren't watching hrs of cat videos on YT). After he called me about this "deal" I checked the telstra website and noticed a $30p/m pre paid PAYG sim offer with 2.5gb data which wasn't mentioned to him(wonder why? Hmmm?). He had no joy trying to swap plans. Would it kill you guys to cut a pensioner some slack? I mean, good will/good customer relations/bit of community spirit/good business practice so people don't have to come onto review sites to vent? Nah. Heres the kicker : when I contacted the store they said they have a cooling of period(as you would expect) on contracts with the exception being if they go into stores to make the transaction. You know, because you can see their face as they sign the dodgy contracts. Honestly, I didn't think a company could bottom-feed any lower, but life is full of surprises! Exploiting pensioner? Stay classy Telstra Clifford Gardens.

Went in yesterday, 12 Dec to ask for help with my Telstra prepaid. One worker was walking around, another was with a customer while another dissapeared out the back. While taking my enquirie the sales assistant or whatever they call themselves was acting preoccupied and bored. While I was trying to explain my dilemma she was calling out above me. Took my number and said shed call when they were free. Never called and still havent today. Disgraceful customer service.
