Lacking service. Whenever I pop in here on my break with my work shirt on I get 0 greeting. Just a glance by the staff. Why are your doors always half closed too? Do you really hate customers this much?
Refused to help in any way. I explained that I was on the phone to telstra all morning, they said I had to go in-store with ID and verify myself. All they would say is "we have an appointment at 4pm if you would like to book" I explained I have a shift at 4pm and physically can't do it. I'm doing what telstra told me on the phone. "Well we can book you at 4pm and it can be sorted then" Ended up going in a big circle. They wouldnt listen to anything I was saying. Clearly they dont want to be there, they don't care about their customers or providing decent customer service.
After being reluctantly approached I was told the staff member was knocking off in 10min. Although he said it would be quick I'd had the audacity to walk in 40min before closing and they couldn't help me. The staff member almost seemed angry. Poor service. Walked 50m to Coles and bought the Telstra pre paid product.
The young guy was brilliant he talked me through everything and then showed me how to use my new phone and so nice to us oldies because we are not tech savvy
Said we could still get seen by someone but it was about and hour 45 minute wait. That was ok. Had more shopping to do. Got back to the store and was told to take a seat and someone would be over soon. Waited there for another hour, nothing. Tried to get the sales people's attention but was looked at then ignored. Walked out and 10 minutes later got a call asking where we were as a sales rep was ready. Went to Telstra in Cairns Central was a 15 minute wait, and sales reps were brilliant.
Morgan is a legend. I spoke to 3 other businesses and they all told me I will lose everything on my phone. I walked out feeling grateful and happy. He gave fantastic customer service and is a credit to the company.
Very poor customer service, completely ignored as we walked in so decided to look at phones while we wait. Four more groups walked in and all were given appointments before the employee turned their back on us. Tried to approach and when they saw us coming, they quickly turned around. Decided we would try another store and not return
Was told an hour wait but only 30 in the end, lady was friendly and helpful and sorted my sim issue. Cheers
If you are wanting any sort of customer service from this place then prepare to be very disappointed. You will be told to come back tomorrow or in two or three days. This centre does not care at all about its paying customers.very poor service.I am extremely unhappy with the way I have been treated repeatedly by this shop and everyone else I talk to says the same thing.
Waiting, 4 hours for payments of bill, or buying or asking questions about your or other business with Telstra is a shame service for the people who have to work there. How could Telstra think of imposeing a service like this on its many customers and workers. Booking appointment needs a new ad and might help the staff. Come on Telstra spend money where it's needed to get your new ways out there to the public and look at keeping your customers happy to pay for it. Fair go for all.
