Seems they are only interested in sales as I went in with queries and was told I had to go online. And if I still wanted to see someone it would be an hour wait. They had like 10 staff working today.... Is that how many people are dissatisfied with telstra??????

Paying for a service and getting nothing but problems and headaches..... not a happy customer.

Went for pre paid as contract run out. Paid $40. They couldnt connect me with Telstra as the system was buggered ( not surprised) Told to go back next day ( thismorning) Staff member connected me so he said. Checked when I got home by phoning to make sure it was connected. It rang so ok. Tried this afternoon and was told by robot that its disconnected. Checked messages and told to recharg . Hang on I havnt made any calls yet so why re charge? Called 24/7 Telstra. ten minutes to find out I was with wrong dept. waited waited waited. Gunga Din from India finally came on and I gave all info then got cut off. I gave him my e-mail address but to ffffn lazy to send me e-mail. Called shop and told to ring telstra Grrrrrrrr theres another half hour fffn waiting time and ill probably get through to wrong dept again. This is the final straw and has forced us to take our BUSINESS account somewhere else and to another carrier. TELSTRA YOU ARE FFNNN USELESS.

Disappointed by the lack of service. I was advised to get NBN. They disconnected my ADSL, NBN got no signal, now I am on day 4 of battling to get my internet reconnected, all because I took your advice. I get a call back on Monday with promises of following up - nothing. I have wasted over 5 hours on this already, all because I took your advice. No internet, trying to run a business. Beyond angry and frustrated about this

unhelpful service reps / managements sucks/ no people skills and minimal technical knowledge avoid it if possible / very unhappy customer here/ went to this store about 3 times in order to fix my phone issue without any result at all !
