I went to Telstra at Plenty Valley to do the new phone feeling for the Galaxy S9+. The guy tried to sell me the plan I wanted but $10 extra for an accessory pack which I didn't want. He goes "let me check our stock". Comes back and tells me there is only 1 left but its held for someone who is getting the accessory pack and if I had wanted the pack he could give me it. I said don't worry. I walk out and call them, get a girl named Natalie. I asked her if any are in stock and she tells me yeah we have a few so I tell her what happened and walk back. The 1st person I spoke to Lester or something is not in sight at all. I get there and ask for Natalie and it was her so I inform her that I was the one who called. She starts to sign me up, I asked if the manager was in and she says no. We go about it then suddenly the manager appears from no where and tells her to stop and says they are all taken for. I say "oh well the guy told me there was only 1" and he says well there are more but they are spoken for, (doesn't matter if you want the accessory pack though apparently) I got his card and he says "say what you like" so I did to complaints and next the ombudsman. Disgusting lying trash.

Terrible service! If your not getting a new mobile forget about them helping you. Needed a new SIM card with over an hour of trading left and apparently no staff were available to help.

After having a bad experience at a different store I went to this store. I was politely greeted by 2 staff as soon as I entered and served very quickly dispite them being busy. It was great to be assisted by staff who care about their customers and now have a fantastic modem/router. Thank you for turning my whole day around. Will shop here again...... Thank you 😊

I was following up on an account matter which I have spent already considerable time on during work hours. I decided to visit the shop in person given the numbers and email I was provided were not responded to - at all. The staff present (1 female and three males) were extremely unhelpful, rude, disrespectful and most unprofessional in their management of this matter. The fact they were unable (more than likely - unwilling) to access the information I was advised to send in via their central email account is laughable given this is a major telecommunications organisation. The training and recruitment processes employed by Telstra leave an awful lot to be desired. Time to cancel all accounts! Here I come vodaphone...
