Being interstate when your phone dies is no fun. I took it to Apple as it was well within the manufacturer warranty period but they were no help. Came here and Daniel was outstanding. I left with an upgraded phone on a better deal and early termination fees waived thanks largely to the excellent notes he left in the system. I know Telstra gets a lot of criticism and it’s usually justified, but I think it’s important to recognise outstanding customer service when you see it. Thanks Daniel. You turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Well done mate!

Excellent shop and professional trained staff. They know their product, plans, and how to ensure other Telstra marketing depts may try to sabotage your mobile plan. Had Telstra marketing call me wanting to swap and do something with my phone. I don't trust over the phone sales people ever. Advised I would check with my shop as not doing anything over phone. The Telstra shop confirmed I would have had exit early fees or something if I had taken the marketing Telstra phone deal. Both phone upgrades have been done at this shop. Nothing but praise for them. Even able to answer all my questions so that I know all the elements if new plan. I remember I even had a call two days after from the shop checking my new phone was running fine and how my experience in shop was.

Bought new unlocked phone elsewhere & the young man who attended to me had my new pre-paid phone up & running in a flash, allowing me to keep my old number. Great service.
