Absolutely amazing service at the nambour store. After going to kawana store twice wanting 3 new phones for the family and walking out of the store both times empty handed I was ready to sign up with optus but I gave the nambour store the last chance and within 15 minutes I walked out of the store with everything sorted. I just went back again today to get a screen protector and again I was served really fast and as a bonus they installed the protector for me flawlessly. Couldn't be happier with the service
Charlee is an asset to the Telstra store team. I came in to order my iPhone 14 Pro Max and even through slow downs due to the number of people ordering at once she continued to try her best to get it sorted for me. The process was seemless and pain free and she answered every question that I had with ease. She will be the person I see from now on

Telstra may not be competetive on price, but their service is second to none. I was served by Amiley who was welcoming and jovial throughout my time in store. I was set up with a new phone phone and was able to redeem Telstra reward points built up from my last phone plan towards accessories for it. Great experience all round.
I had to return my xbox series x console to get repaired and a nice girl called Victoria helped me out she was very helpful and only took 5 mins to do
I tool my charge in that I bought from them with 12mts warranty my daughter only had it two weeks it snap it her computer when see tried pull it out the where rude would not replace it told me they got send it off lol.for what DNA test yes I got rude at end but never again will I go there
Nambour telstra were amazing today. Quick service with a quick resolution that i spent all weekend on the app trying to sort out. Very happy i went into a store.
I would give zero stars if I could. Telstra staff have zero interest in helping you unless you’re helping them with their commission checks. If you’re not opening a new line you may as well be non existent. I used to think insurance companies were the devils employees but Telstra and specifically the Nambour store have now taken that title Frustrated to the point of after 5 years with Telstra I’m cancelling all my services. Would literally sooner have bamboo chutes placed down my fingernails then to deal with this mockery of a business again.
