Useless and helpless! Don't expect that you get what you want! I ordered a new post paid plan and got told it'll work within 2-3 hours. This place is an absolute joke, went in because my phone was not working. First of all Taylor was playing sudoku WHILE serving me , awesome customer service there! 30min later says they can’t do anything to help and I’ll have to call up the help line. No help what’s so ever

They try to help but usually u have to ring a number. In all fairness they give exceptional service, but trying to communicate with the people at the end of those phone numbers, is so so so frustrating. Telstra, u have got too big and ur inability to communicate between services is abysmal.
Staff here are too busy to care about fixing your problems. They care more about Friday afternoon and getting pay packets than helping customers fix faults. Also didn't have phone i wanted. Suggested another. That phone is now ancient history. LoL
