The most useless store that i ever see before. People in there always ask you come here again in tomorrow. Because they don't have shift tomorrow. Just the simple things they can't never do on today. Change a bloodly new SIM card.
The staff are lazy and rude, waiting times are horrible i was told to go shopping first and they will contact me after 2 hours. I observed there were plenty of staff not doing anything or attending to other clients.I recommend not to go to this shop awful service and the staff are not friendly at all. No way i will come back to this place again. Telstra should employ a more reliable staff the public can depend on. Very poor service all i can say for this shop.
This was a great store once, I think the managers name was Matt..absolutely brilliant. Obviously he has moved on and now it's run by the three stooges. The main objective is to get you using Telstra chat..but I am here and you are a person can you just help me? "Yes, but can you wait 2 hours?" But, half the people are just sitting around staring at their computer..are they working? I tried calling..no one answered "Yes we get 2,000 calls a minute, we are very busy" But no one looks busy..at least make it look like you're hard at work and not at the movies. I am coming back tomorrow and bringing popcorn.
The surly attitude of the person who was patronising and disinterested cost his company a lot of money. The fact your working Sunday is no reason to treat customers badly.
Staff are rude. The store manager confirmed that the store is unavailable to take walk ins. If you need to go in-store you must call ahead too make a booking at least a week in advance. Otherwise minimum wait time for any walk in is 3 hours. I tried to set up my Telstra ID online, but couldn't even called the call centre and was referred to in-store. Now in-store can't address the issue for two weeks. Really poor customer service Telstra.
Ryan the manager doesn't know how to do his job, i had to teach him how to communicate with customers. I asked for a sim card and he made me wait about 20mins then someone else told me they don't do that. All staff I've came across seemed rude. No apology, no nothing. Very rude.
Called them since opening hours, purely to ask them if they have stock for the new iphone for plans, no one pick up their phone, left messages, no reply. During 1:30 pm came to their store only to be greeted by them saying : 1. They do have a stock but cant serve me now because they are soo busy where as you can see in the store, there are 3 people doing nothing just in their laptop. 2. When I asked when is the available time for today and they simply said there are a lot of people “queueing” despite no single soul or body on the line, I asked them about the queue and the dude said, some people has been waiting for 3 hours and he or she will come back to their store. My take is, if you want to bludge and doing jack all none, dont apply job at customer facing role, Telstra BOD, do your job selecting better customers, we as shareholders not happy with how your store treating customers!
Couldn't get anyone in the store to acknowledge and/or serve me. 2 staff not serving anyone else, just too busy with their own conversation. Big W got my business which was the purchase of a new phone.
I sat there for 15 minutes as 3 different staff walked past me and to greet new customers and put them in the queue. When I said I’d been there for 15 minutes and told them that all I wanted to do was set up a direct debit that Telstra told me I had to come in to do I was told that they couldn’t fit me in the queue.
