Guy stood here but won't do a quick sim install. Says he's busy - doing nothing. Usual telstra and Australian telecommunications. Why so rude and unhelpful? VERY TELSTRA. You know, telstra doesn't have country shops. People have to travel a long way to a telstra shop. We are met with young belligerent, ignorant, self absorbed youngsters who are so full of wokeness and themselves they are offensive. LAZY!!!! Why I went to Optus. They are no better, can't speak English.
Went in to change my phone plan over to a new one and it was a great experience. Vian knew what he was talking about, provided great customer service and made everything easy. Good stuff, would recommend.
I'm surprised at the reviews for this store as I was here just over a week ago and got really good service, the manager English guy I've forgotten his name was really helpful and Annie the girl that helped me went above and beyond to help and to offer advice, I'm due for a new phone and will make an appointment to go back again and I'd like to thank them again for the help they offered me, thanks guys :
I walked in and was booked an appointment 1.5 hours later. I turned up early for the appointment. Someone came in off the street and was looked after straight away with no appointment. I waited a further half hour. No one serviced me. I walked out. No one bothered to talk to me. Not impressed.
Great speeding and prompt service within this Telstra shop. Overhead one of the staff deal with a difficult customer which was conducted politely and very fair and control way. Other telstra services could learn from what I experienced. Well done.
9 months on, still waiting for a response. I have contacted telstra on over 10 occasions without hearing back or having my issue resolved. Do yourself a favour and avoid anything to do with this company.
I didn't have a good experience at Telstra Hay Street. I got a Telstra SIM card there two days ago and I couldn't make or receive any phone calls. I was told at the store that my Poco Phone X3 Pro was the problem and they couldn't do anything to resolve it. Today I went to another Telstra store and they found that the there was an issue with the SIM/Service. The second store gave me another SIM card and the issue was resolved. Now I can make and receive calls. It seems that the team at the first store needs to get more training at resolving issues.
I went to your Perth store and your young staff member was extremely rude he does not know how to talk to customer. Mostly staff member were free and roaming around but he still want us to wait for 20 to 25 mins .
Good service from the crew in difficult circumstances when they are obviously understaffed. Big shout out to Pamela who was a champion.
Disappointed with the service quality here. Was here to order the Pixel 5 advise me to order online as shop could not facilitate the order. Ordered the phone online, haven't received the new phone and my existing service got cut off. Attempt to get my sim back online long wait times with multiple staff chit chatting and unable to assist me, I tried to avoid busy period and was there at 10am still no one could be bothered to assist me quickly. Asked how much longer I had to wait, which have already been 10 mins. Another 10 mins before I could be served when clearly there were staff not assisting other customers... Would not go back to this store.
