The community service here was appalling,having been a Telsta customer for over 30 yrs I was pretty shocked at how rude the female, indian staff member was to my wife. & I,we left the store & returned about an hour later to speak with the manager who was definitely a huge improvement on the first staff member but clearly was not interested in helping as, he liked to inform us several times, there was 10 mins left until the store closed so really wouldn't be able to hélp and suggested using the app or calling customer service.complete waste of time & without a doubt worst service I've received in 30 yrs & still no resolution to the issue at hand.
Last week went to Telstra Adelaide City and told that they were too busy as usual but the current deal would stand if I went to another store to get a Samsung flip.Went in today to TTP to by one and told that the deal doesn't stand and will have to pay the current price....$300 extra!! Pathetic!
Useless - Went in to see if I can get any help with my phone which is less than 6months old that isn't charging properly. Was told they couldn't do anything to assist with the issue didn't even both to look at my account or point me in the right direction.
Strongly recommend avoiding this store and using the Golden Grove branch instead, tried on multiple occasions to purchase a phone and was told there was a minimum wait of 4 hours or more each time.
Went in today at 4:05. Was asked if I was Mohammed - something or other... When my obviously Scottish white lips spoke "no" I was told that unless I have an appointment they don't have time to speak to anyone else today "because we shut at 5" - all I wanted was a quick sale and I wasn't even asked what I wanted. I was literally stunned silent. Mohammad was obviously 5 minutes late and they can only speak to 1 person an hour. There were a few people working so hopefully Mohammed's purchase could cover 3 people's wages for an hour. What a joke
The absolute worst service I have seen in a store ever. Dismissive and disrespectfull and aggressive staff would not recommend anyone goes there.
staff had no clue what they doing kept me waiting for an hour and then couldnt process the order. They spoke to manager Michael to be told one thing after another. Only for me to go to another Telstra store and buy the same. Such a waste.....
They called once my queue hit and porting service was quick and it was nice experience from staffs.
these guys are a Joke Change there story at every turn. Will be cancelling my family phone contracts
Such a poor customerservice here. Went in today to transfer my e-sim to my new phone. They told me this was not possible for prepaid, I told them it is possible, I've got it at this moment and I've done it before. No it was not possible, they couldnt do it and didnt want to help me. Didn't matter what I had to say. Then I drove to Telstra Ingle farm and they helped me straight away and transferred my e-sim within 2 minutes for me. Told you it was possible sir. Get your information and customer service straight please.
