worst customer service ever. experienced four months of lying, them losing all our paperwork with NO sense of urgency in sorting out the mess they created. lies, lies and more lies. would never recommend them to anyone. gave them one star only because i couldnt post this with no stars.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, professional staff resolved an issue that I couldn't get resolved via multiple phone calls to Telstra for nearly a year.

Worst experience. Worst store. Worst Worst Worst. The sales person had little to no product knowledge, could not use the software and was generally pretty rude and not pleasant to deal with. I am still waiting for my accessories to arrive - three months later.
