The absolute most useless human beings work here in this store how hard is it to do your job these days honestly if you dont want to serve customers and have an attitude about doing it then DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMERS SERVICE id say go flip burgers at maccas but i cant see any of the staff in this store having the enthusiasm or brain power to do a simple task like this ill take my multiple dollars elsewhere as I recommend others do.
Poor service and you have to make a booking just to ask a question about a plan..... The plans on offer are over priced when compared to competitors offers . For better service and quicker results go across the street to the telstra agent.
While I can't fault the guy who help me Telstra itself can take a flying leap. 3 yrs not one missed payment. The computer decided I couldn't afford an Xtra $10 a week and refused my upgrade. 3 yrs and U refuse me. Be rethinking my options. Guy who tried to help me felt really bad. Shame on you telstra

Telstra Echuca what are you doing. It’s ok to do renovations but surely there was a shop you could have gone into temporary. And then when you go to the van 3 staff sitting down in the van and told by the lady they can’t help because they have a 3 o’clock appointment. 3 staff for 1 appointment. A customer for at least 35 years and not very happy with the way I was treated.

Just bought a Galaxy S9 on a plan from here. Staff were great. After service has been wonderful so far . Cancel the last...spoke too early!! Went back to this store five months later. How quick they forgot that I bought a new phone and plan from them. All I needed was a bit of Tech advice but instead of helping me there were 2 females employees standing at the centre counter in the Store one of them took my name and told me to wait. I reminded her that i had purchased the phone from them but it made no difference. There was no one else in the Store waiting, I was the only one!! After about 15 minutes of just standing there, looking at them, making it blatantly obvious that my time was running out before i had to be back at work, they paid no attention to me. It appeared as though unless I was making another purchase no one wanted to know me. Extremely dissappointed. Won't be back. Will be making an official complaint direct to Telstra.
We had to make an appointment to update oour mobile phones and spent over 2 hours in store only to have to return the next day. the staff member stuffed up the order which incurred costs on the account. if you want to get a satisfactory outcome, and not waste time this is not the store for you
Excellent service. Got my defective phone reviewed and replaced in 2 working days. Clear, timely communication from the sraff. So much better service than any other Telstra store I've been to in the past 2 years. For example, 4 months later, my partner has had the same problem with same model phone purchased at the same time and the suburban store they've been dealing has been awful in comparison. E.g. 2 weeks no communication at all, an hour on the phone with no one having any idea where the phone is etc.
