The staff is friendly but you can never get them on the phone. Every time I have question such as, do you have blank phone in stock I have to physically go into the store to ask that. This is the third time I’ve had to drive to the store just to ask if they have the phone I want. The answer has been no all three times. If the phone was answered that could have saved everyone a lot of time. Other than that they’ve been fine but Telstra should probably work in their phone issue.
Han Le served me. I found Han to display an exceptionally high level of professionalism, she answered my every question, explored all options available to me, and ensured that I purchased the phone that was right for me. Han was very friendly, approachable and thorough in following up after purchase to ensure everything was operating smoothly.
Need to switch to Telstra due to poor coverage from Optus. Went to this store in Canberra Centre and the transfer was done in less than 20mins. Received great tips and advice from staff, everyone was so helpful and supportive. Special thanks to Han Le who helped me with all accounts related issues and guided me through the setup process. Great work.
Don’t head into this store. Met with a fairly ‘new’ store assistant. Was clearly confused and now we have had multiple calls with Telstra over a two week period, trying to sort out the mess of our services. Both the orders we placed in store had to be cancelled, due to them being incorrectly placed, and the wrong information being provided to us from the store assistance. We understand that being ‘new’ might hinder the process of placing new orders/establishing new services, it has been very frustrating being without internet for nearly two weeks. The training regime may need to be revisited for the Telstra Store in Canberra’s Civic Centre.
Very very bad experience. I would give negative 10 review if I could. Un-educated people, don't know how to treat customers at all. They made me feel guilty for buying from them. They need to get their act right. I hope the employees read this review and apologize to every customer that walks into the store everyday!!!
Han Le served us, knowledgeably & efficiently. We went in to the shop for technical support, competently provided, and were not pressured for any additional sales. Highly recommend her and the rest of the Telstra team. Thank you for such a positive experience.
Very rude staff especially the one who has long black hair and dark skin. She asked the another Asian lady not to sell prepaid sim card to us because of no reason I would take it as racism. It's a very bad customer experience
Hemanth is the best staff in this town. He serves costomers with high level of knowledge and kindness.

This Telstra shop provided the worse/arrogant customer experience. It's like they do not care about customers. When I enquired about my existing Xbox subscription and how it affects a 24 month subscription, I was rudely told isn't it common sense that I will only have the 24 month subscription? Once I clarified with the employee about the FAQs which shows the 24 month subscription will be added to my existing subscription, he goes that's how it should work as he had a friend who had the same scenario. If this was the case, why did he give the wrong information and rudely say it was common sense? The employee did not apologise for the incorrect information and I certainly will not be buying any more services from Telstra.
