After trying to solve a problem with our Business Phone since September 2017, we may have had it solved., not sure yet, then we have an issue with NBN , then we have problems with overcharging on our account , tried to get it fixed had to go to Traralgon to seek help Telstra would not win the Business of the year promises and promises after problem problem yes will ring you back and still waiting that was 1 month ago MMMMM wonder if they would do that to the CEO who earns Millions a year

Good staff but hopelessly inadequate numbers of them. Waiting times of 4 hours on a week day. Impossible to book an appointment within 3 or 4 weeks and the appointment time won't suit other commitments especially if you live well away from Bairnsdale as I do.

Variable in ability & service, usually overcrowded, very keen to direct to paid consultations/problem solving..has a monopoly in this area.
