The store has excellent staff and knows how to help the customers. Located near the Coles this store is easy to find and access. They sell typical Telstra services and devices. The best thing about this store is their staff, who are knowledgeable, eager to help and friendly. Highly recommended!!
Just visited the empty store to purchase a modem outright. I was told I couldn’t as it was appointment only. Thanks Christine for the comment, but after seeing all the other reviews here, I will just go to another telstra store and will recommend my friends/family to do the same. I should also clarify that the team member who told me that everything was by appointment only, wasn’t serving anyone and just walking around with a clipboard. I can’t fathom why he couldn’t sell me a $600+ router, but after making a trip specifically for this purpose and being presented with this experience I won’t be going back.
Today I had a fantastic shopping experience at Telstra Altona Gates thanks to the outstanding customer care for Mayur Patel, who was not only patient to respond all my questions but went beyond in providing attention to detail by making sure I was satisfied with my purchase decision. Thanks, Mayur.
Staff’s are rude and they get you to go online while they know that registration of new SIM card wouldn’t work.
My bigpond access had been denied and as we run a B&B, it is vital. After exhausting all options available to me, I visited the shop. Anu was totally on the ball. No condescending attitude like many in the industry. Quickly solved my problem. First Class service

They're just an ordinary Telstra store. I find Telstra are only good for the range they hold phones, tablets, watches & doorbell cams etc that others don't have or won't get. Their prices are absolutely cray cray though.
Tried for 2 days to purchase the Pixel 7 256gb while it was on special online. Each time errored out in phone and laptop. Called Telstra Altona to see if they have the phone in stock. Got an automated message saying to leave a message and they will be contacted that day if within business hours. Never got a call back, missed out on the special. Thanks telstra
As a rule I hate telstra - been stuffed around them sooo many times. That said - I've been in this store a few times over the years and they're good - like without exception - really good. Make sure to differentiate between the folks in store and the heartless money grabbing corporate they work for when leaving reviews! Thanks Altona telstra folk!
