Would have to be the most incompetent TBC in the land, I know massive claim but it beggars belief what we have been subjected to over the past six months. It all started with the NBN changeover where the TBC and Telstra somehow managed not to put our order in, which resulted in our business phones being cut off, and no they couldn't switch them back on now. Try running a motel without phones, but after a couple of days they managed to get the main line diverted to one of our mobiles then allocated a new mobile service for which we are paying massively for. Two months later still no phones nor NBN but our account has doubled for some reason. To resolve this we organised for TBC Traralgon to come for a meeting here this morning to sort it all out...nothing! Called the TBC an hour later and they know nothing about a meeting (and that was the same person who make the appointment!). We have two complaints with the Telecommunication Ombudsman which have now escalated to conciliation with another complaint about to be launched. Telstra's incompetence knows no boundaries and TBC turn over staff like rats jumping from a burning ship. Customer service is a joke, their capacity to follow up and resolve issues disappointing at best. We have been Telstra customers for 40 years...but seriously looking at investing in tin cans and string.

Extremely prompt service when I was in desperate need of a new work mobile at 4pm on Friday afternoon. Denise was fantastic and even helped me out after business hours. Thank you!!!

Absolutely hopeless. Don't carry stock of phones advertised so have to order one on Monday told it will be in Thursday . Only to be told on Friday that it might be on Monday. Useless.
