I have had good service from the friendly staff at the Barolin St Office. They are always very helpful. Sometimes difficult to reach by phone, but will always answer emails.

Rang the 1300 number on Thursday 22 October at 11:13am to discuss a new plan as my current plan had run out.
The number kept ringing and ringing and ringing for exactly 5 minutes. It did divert to an answering message at one stage but then just diverted back to the ringing tone again. 
The line simply hung up after the 5 minute attempt to contact someone.
