Even though the young man was reasonably helpful, he had very little knowledge about the product. Out of all the Telstra stores I've visited, I've found that PORT LINCOLN Telstra is the best of the lot. They know their products & services and will give you a great deal on new accessories for a new phone.
Staff are more responsive and give all necessary information that you want for a product. Best way to call them and book a time before attending.
I find the manger hard to talk to every time we go in there, even while waiting he was upsetting other people, doesn't have much people skill. Never had a good experience with telstra customer service ever.
that young man with the moustache I think his name was Mick? was simply divine. I believe he mostly knew what he was talking about, and he was definitely making my WiFi work I think. 9/10 would recommend. would only be improved If he knew basic math, as 9 + 10 doesn't equal 21. Also every time I told him my last name he was convinced I was lying for some reason? Very suspicious little man...
Other than the wait time which has been the norm for a while, the service from Tyson, Bronte, and Mitch has been fabulous. They were polite patience, I'm greeted with a smile, and able to find a resolution each time I've been there which was 3 times in a month and a different reason each time due to managing phones for family members who are not tech savvy. Thank you
Very, very rude service manager with no people skills, no willingness to help, threatening to refuse service to customer who went in at the referral of contact centre, did not let customer speak, verbally loud and aggressive - will take to the TIO and internal complaints. Let customer in tears, feeling sick and embarrassed by the experience.
No customer service at all. Ive tried ringing store numerous times for last few weeks and still no call back!!'My dad tried ringing store, no call back, he's driven over an hour to get there & was told he needed an appointment. He purchased a phone, which they have given him the wrong one, he needs a cordless phone, which I had specifically written on paper & he took to store. Extremely frustrated and disgusted.
0 care factor by the employee there when it’s obvious there is inconsistent information in their team. No willingness or ability to forward feedback unless I make an official complaint on the site.
Very poor customer relations. No ability to answer phones been a telephone service. Don’t know the products they sell. Deceiving sales pitch. Not happy
Feel for the staff there. They are nice enough and obvs working under pressure. I have never been in there and been served straight away, its always a two hour or longer wait. Seems to me Telstra could afford to hire more help
