My refrigeration engineer, Steve, was absolutely fantastic! Arrived on time - keep me up to date with was he was doing, advised new part and costs for part and work time - advised turnaround time for part.. ordered part and replaced it - fridge working perfectly now! Highly recommend Telefix for service and ease of use!
Telefix was prompt and solved the problem with my television. They provided friendly service with good explanation of the problem. I thought their technical knowledge was excellent and I was happy to watch my favourite program in such a short space of time. Thanks Telefix for looking after me.

Brilliant service from Steve. Was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my dishwasher and even provide some photos of the damage a leaking valve had done to the floor boards if I needed them for insurance. Promptly received a quote for supply and installation of replacement part which arrived quickly.
