The worst customer service I have ever received, DO NOT buy anything from Ted's Cameras online. I placed a fairly large order or camera equipment, only to be sent the order with a whole kit of items missing. After speaking to two different online support workers I was told two different stories, 1. that the items missing would be sent out to us asap from the Melbourne store but then 2. I had to return the 1 item from the kit I had received, to then be sent back out the same item plus rest of the kit. I agreed to this and returned at the post office and was told in writing via email that as soon as Australia Post scanned the return item in, then the full kit would be dispatched from the Melbourne store to me in Brisbane. The item was sent back 2 days ago and I just received an email saying that the Melbourne store have not yet posted out our full kit and I will receive tracking information once posted. I had told the online customer service agent that these products were needed asap. At no stage was any apology even made for the severe inconvenience caused, slack lazy customer service, and that our original order had half the items missing! - I am still waiting to hear back when our full kit of items will be sent out to me a week later than when I first informed Ted's that I was sent the order with items missing!

Just popped into store to look at and most likely purchase a Sony HX90V. Upon walking to the cabinet I was rudely told to move because the sales assistant wanted to show other people the display (whom of which were all still at the main counter when I first approached the cabinet). There was no excuse me or politeness at all and when pulling the sales assistant up on that fact things got no more positive. Avoid at all costs

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, not even worth the one star, that's there on the review here. My husband and I went here to get a passport photo and it did not come out the way i wanted(the details of which I'm not going to get into here)... 1. The cost of the service was not told to us beforehand 2. After taking the photo, they did not show us the preview and directly went for printing it 3. When we pointed out a glaring oddity in the photo, they did not notice it while taking the photo, neither did they notice it when printing it. When we showed it to them, they shrugged it off saying it was barely noticeable. Hello! this was supposed to be a Passport photo submission and not a Social Media post. 4. When we asked for a second set, they "deliberately" mistook us and said they would only be printing the same set again. So all in all, no sense of courtesy, common sense and Zero Customer service ethic.

Friendly staff, Good range of products and decent prices! Print quality is a lot better than DigiDirect or anywhere else close by. You get what you pay for and Teds offer quality. DigiDirect and Kmart offer cheap and nasty. Teds have the best quality prints and service don't waste your time anywhere else

Returned faulty Olympus binoculars still well within warranty period. Teds was unsympathetic to my needs and simply quoted “4 to 6 weeks ... or possibly much longer’ to return to Olympus. Explained that I am travelling overseas in a few weeks and this was the reason for buying it, but Ted’s did NOT care. Even though I have been a loyal Teds member, I will now review why and next time will probably buy elsewhere. I was VERY disappointed Suggest u buy elswhere
