Delicious! Good old fashion Hamburger, fish and chips 10/10. We were so happy with our order and surprised when I read the poor reviews, that we felt compelled to post our comments. Highly recommend!
We were super excited to try Tecoma Fish and Chips tonight as we had heard it was under new management! Incredibly disappointed! All we ordered was two pieces of grilled fish. To our surprise, one of the fillets was completely raw inside! Upon calling the restaurant to explain and give them a chance to rectify the matter, they were disinterested, nonchalant and told us they could “maybe” make amends tomorrow! Completely dissatisfied and hungry tonight. Never again!
Sorry guys first time and last time we order from here. Chips were good but fish oily, one piece very dry. Potato cakes extremely thin, no crunch. The dimsims were practically empty of filling, just the case. I'd only buy chips here.
Been going to Tecoma Fish and Chips for quite a while now, and usually really enjoy the quality of the food. Tonight was rather a disappointment - the fish was "scrunched up" and in pieces which were stuck together and onto the paper it was wrapped in. Very disappointing dinner tonight
There's fish shops you've got to go on certain days to get good fish and chips-this blokes got good fish and chips no matter what day you go there, fresh fish, fresh oil, biggest piece of fish any fish shop I've been to, and a real good range to pick from. Burgers are great too.
Really inconsistent with the quality. Last time we order today. Potato cakes were a congealed mess all stuck together and the chips were soggy. Its a shame because they can be really nice but had a few too many terrible orders of recent.
Honestly when I walked in and all of the staff were on their phones looking disinterested I was nervous. But when I got home and opened up my food I was SO impressed. Best piece of flake, and the yummiest potato cakes. And it's fairly cheap! This fish and chip shop is a must try
Ordered through ubereats. Kids were amped as. Were told we would have dinner by 7. Then 730. Then 750. Then surprisingly the shop shut at 8pm and our food never turned up. Pretty poor to have to make the kids wait that long then dissapoint. Even a no we can't do it would have been appreciated.
Best fish and chips we have had for a long time.
Tried here when they first opened and it wasn’t great, but the most recent experience was the worst we’ve ever had. Considering the offerings around the area, we thought that they would at least be at the same quality level. Burger was horrible, pattie like cardboard. Fish was $10 for a super small portion of whiting and looked like something you’d find in a supermarket frozen food section. We also had chips, souvlaki, potato cakes and scallops. We all had stomach issues afterwards. No idea what’s going on here, but go elsewhere. I won’t be trying them a third time.
