Most poorly done nails I’ve ever had. All of them are different shapes and sizes and the design on them is ugly, even though it is a very simple design and she said she could do it. She was very rude to me, as was the other lady doing the nails next to me who kept making comments like “be careful!” whenever I put my nails in the light because one of them got messed up because my nail tech roughly pushed my hand back through the glass and one of the nails got caught. Didn’t feel comfortable asking her to fix any of the many many issues because she was very nasty. Wouldn’t have been so bothered about the hideous nail job if she had at least been friendly. Would not go here again, absolutely pathetic service for an insane price.
Would not recommend this place had my nails done there thought I’d try somewhere different, they were all odd shapes and inconsistent worst part was I got chloronychia on my nail bed!!! On my index finger never ever had this issue before in my life!!! Worst experience everService: Acrylic nails
Not recommend!!! The lady is extremely rude and her attitude is terrible! Just ask for nail service and she did for me About 5 minutes for $30!! Can’t imagine how this kind of place can still get customers!!
Worst manicure I've ever had. My nails chipped and broke off within a week. Acrylics with shellac usually last me 3 weeks, but not this time. I'm very disappointed I wasted my money going here.
Wish i could rate this place a 0. My first experience was actually 5 star but i guess your experience really depends on the technician you get. Hit or Miss. My skin was peeled off from the many mistakes of filing my skin instant of nail. I asked for short nail extension because i had weak nails and couldnt afford having them too long incase of them breaking off. But there is no shape to it at all!! Uneven and totally not in shape. Every nail has its own shape and design. Not to mention the super rude technician who was snickering and making rude comments along with rude facial expressions every time I comment on something or do something. Also, my skin was covered in stains especially my pinky. Can’t believe a manicurist would be ok letting a customer leave the shop with such a poor job done.
This place issss assssss Walked in to get nails done While using the file thing she hurt my finger abit and didn’t say sorry and continued I was choosing what design she was gettin mad .At the end she didn’t clean the edges of my nails and it was thick and just not ittttt She fked one of the designs on my ring finger It was alr but the service was not good Too much attitude for what they provide Y’all can go and try u may like their work Buttt meeee nahhh never again Service: Acrylic nails
Their name is Nail City now, if I could rate them 0 I would, the shape was terrible not straight not aligned, not filed on the edges, dirt and bubbling on the nails under the final coat. I’ve never seen such a terrible job. The worst part the technician didn’t admit, saying it was all good, I had to point out every fault for her to fix which she did terribly. Claiming she had 10 years experience. It was meant to be a pleasant experience, never walking in into a random salons before checking the reviews prior. Lesson learnt.Service: Manicure
