I am 74 years young and certainly appreciate their wealth of computer knowledge, help and support. They are just a phone call away when my lap top decides to throw a "wobbly". Just thought I would write this has we have had just had a very good experience with Arron from Tech-aid.. both our computers went down and we were unable to carry out any work. I know that Tech-aid is not far from us but they made every effort to get to us within 30 minutes and we were up and running again within 15 minutes.. We have had dealing with Arron for several years and he has always provided us with great service and advice. at very reasonable rates. We certainly would recommend them to our many commercial and residential clients as we have found that they do provide professional service and advice.

A great trustworthy small business where you know that you are getting good value for money. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to use the services of Tech Aid again.
