I booked in on the day and was fortunate enough to get my hair coloured. The NT went into lockdown preventing me from going home and I was really sad. I left the salon with a fresh colour from Whitney and I couldn’t be happier. Whitney did her best using the colour chat to match, I love it so much more than the original colour I’ve had for the past 12 months.   Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Best place in town to get the kids hair done. Friendly experienced staff and who can go past a barbie car to sit in!!

They were excellent; they have obviously worked together as a team for a long time, and made me, and everyone else in the salon feel welcome the whole time I was there. Whitney did an excellent job, helped by Zoe in the process- and I could not beleive the price when I left! I completely expected to pay double what I did for the service I got. Thanks ladies!

Zoe and the team offer great prices and are always give what I'm asking for. The products they use are not only great for my hair, but smell amazing. They have really good options for young kids too with their special seats

My 16-month-old had his first haircut here and it was great! Zoe was so nice and professional and did an amazing job even though the little head was turning and jumping up and down!

Lack of communication between the hairdresser and client. My daughter wanted an ombré that their website states is $75 for long hair and 1 hour app. My daughter wasn’t at all told that due to build up of other colours and the thickness/length that it couldn’t be done that day. There was no talk of the process involved in stripping her hair of the build up, told she didn’t need to wash before coming in. No talk of how much more it was going to cost or the length of time, didn’t get given the option to return another day. 3 1/2 hours and $220 later, she leaves with basic highlights, a missed medical appointment and in tears. She didn’t have enough money to cover this disappointment due to lack of communication, thankfully I did. No happy, my daughter is devastated

A little disappointed first time customer asked for a toner. Got home and hair patchy and back untoned same colour as it was when I went in. Lovely staff member done the toner. Called back to see if could be fixed, got a call back and was advised it was a build up of product in my hair and I could book in for another colour. Cost . $30 for to toner and $25 for hair to be dried both done by apprentice. As I said lovely staff member who worked on my hair after customer care not great was not even asked to go back so it could be looked at. Won't be returning.

I don't like going to hairdressers, I don't usually end up with what I've asked for but I have been here twice. Hair cut first, was exactly what I requested. Full Color and foils next, exceptional job. My hair was a mess full of old hair dye and split ends. Not no more!
