Dr Suzanne Christine is excellent. She is very thorough, explains everything very clearly, offers practical solutions and has a lovely manner. My partner and myself have decided to appoint her as our family doctor to look after our health needs as we get older. We are so glad to have found such a wonderful doctor!
First time to TeamMed, firstly I was surprised they were open on taking on new patients. I filled out majority of the form on line before attending which made my visit very efficient ,so down load the app HotDoc follow the promos an go from there book yourself a appointment. So all round a professional outfit. Will be attending again,
The staff and Doctor here were fantastic late on new years eve when I needed a script for covid antivirals for my 83 year old mother. They were timely, friendly and professional. I would recommend this practice to everyone needing immediate medical assistance. Great work. I would certainly use this practice again.
The best practice! Dr Noha Mahanna is an excellent, professional and caring doctor. She has been looking after my family and myself for years and we are very grateful that she is our family doctor .
Receptionist staff very friendly... Being a new patient I was a bit nervous and anxious.. Was seen by Dr Nour Baghdour. She was very thorough and asked several questions regarding medical history..

TeamMed was wonderful! I am from America visiting my daughter and family after not seeing them for 3.5 years. I was overcome with some painful medical issues and was seen within hours by Dr. Mahanna who was very accommodating, thorough, and empathetic. With her help I am now able to enjoy the rest of my visit. Thank you!
i had my wife's appointment booked 14th July 2022, i do not have medicare nor bupa insurance, i have NIB insurance i was asked by the receptionist though. then she said we would charge you if you do not have these two i said fine and i was not told anything else. when we came for our appointment, my wife saw the "Dr Noor", she explained to the Dr her issue after listnening her few issues. @, Dr said to her " I CANNOT liSTEN all of you issues since i have patients waiting outside" which for was rude there should have been other wording rather than saying bluntly.so she came out unhappy as Dr gave her few test which was fine i get it. but Dr duty is to make patient feel good rather telling them to go as they have patients. @, secondly, when we paid at the counter, i was charged around $40 for a visit. which i paid.but after few hours i was called by receptionist and 2nd incharge saying Dr gave a long consultation to you wife so you would have to pay more, which i happily agreed to pay, but i raised the question, firstly i was not told that what are the charges and how time is calculated for the charges, there was no explaination. if they charge for a time then why my wife was not heard properly i would have paid even more. a patient visited for a purpose was not heard and told to go away, yet they wanted to charge me. i even complaint the only thing i was told sorry yet they charged me for the service they wanted to provide not the patient wanted them to give her. so they are charging patients without letting them know how will the time be calculated etc. i would not recommend anybody to this clinic. everyone may have difference experience but what we had i explained. not everyone is same but in our case this is what happened. i did not expect dr to say to the patient please go as she has to see other patients yet she charged me for long consultation $76 for 23 minutes which i do not mind. and i paid too. thanks
Qiquan was seen close to the booked time. Your Doctor was well presented and dealt with Qiquans medical concerns in a professional yet friendly manner and Qiquan was at ease with the visit. The prescribed medications appeared to be appropriate and well accepted as the right kind of treatment. She has a follow up review next Monday and we will leave further comment to after that visit m. I will do my best to get Wiquan to follow the treatment regime recommended by your Doctor, however I freely admit she is definitely a difficult patient so far as continuing treatment for her various ailments.
