Excellent fast service with patient polite parcel delivery personnel. Way ahead of the other major parcel postal delivery service in this town.
It was frustrating that they couldn't deliver our parcel. The person that sent it to us had addressed the parcel correctly but Toll's system just wanted to send it in a different direction.nEven when I was at the depot, after driving 350 kms to Alice Springs just to pick up the parcel,they were still asking me if I could deliver other parcels to the address that had nothing to do with me and was 150 kms in the wrong direction.nI can't recommend Toll's service.
Great service had the road train unloaded tarp & all straps wrapped up packed up & back on the road in around an hour & a bit pitty all transport depot's weren't like the Alice Springs depot great work fella's
Was impressed with the fast service. Drove in to warehouse, was quickly served by a forklift driver who also quickly found the pallet and loaded on my vehicle. Was in and out in 5min.
Great place ,staff great helping me unload my trailers definitely recommend this place for freight movement
