I have been to this place twice and and have had great massages, but my recent experience with their customer service was terrible. The masseur took off my friends necklace when starting the massage, when we left we forgot to ask for it but went back the next day to pick it up. They said they weren’t sure of it whereabouts and that the masseur had probably lost it. We came back another 2 times to see if they had found it and had explained that it was both expensive and had sentimental value. The front desk lady was lovely about the situation but all other workers were careless about the situation and offered no compensation or further help.

Been there multiple times, love the massage.. I had at least 60 mins full body massage everytime due to my work which always caused sore neck, shoulders and back. Staff there really know where is my sore points and the pressure just nice. I like to request for hard pressure as I will feel refresh after. Personally worth the value. Strongly recommend.

Waited 20mins for service after I was taken in. No one ever came so I left. Polite people there but they are/can be pretty clueless. Bad customer service. Waste of my time
