The lady doesn't know what the customer service is. I pay money for food and why does she have to act so horrendous? And extra 40 cents for takeaway containers? I'll never visit again.
Slow service and charge 30 cents extra for takeaway for a small container. The new shanghai buns are tiny and a ripped off.
Services is really bad and the food serving is really slow, the lady do not know how to manage that little restaurant and how to serve customers in a good way. It is just not the right place to have meal at.
Really really poor customer service. The main lady serving was rude, sounded rushed even though there was no one else in line and didn’t look or sound impressed. She gave us maybe 2 tablespoons of beef and veggie mix and she counted it as “one meal”. The flavours were ok. Wouldn’t come back again. Go to china town instead.
Terrible food ! And service was as bad as the food !! Never again !
