The best private spa I've been to. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The spa room was very clean. I especially liked the temperature control. We will certainly visit again.

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and help at the Beauty House. . Sofia is amazing with finger nails & toe nails. She is the wonderful mix of listening and talking. Drove from Hamilton to have a late night spa in a private room. Was 110% worth it and will definitely be coming here again. Makes you're skin feel so good and very relaxing. Reception staff were also amazing .
Highly recommended! Never disappoints. It is a hidden gem in Aotearoa. The spas are comfortable and clean. Parking can be tricky on a busy & at peak times but other than that, it's a great place to visit as well as explore it's history. We'll be back again!
