Had the best time here! Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they pour their heart and soul into this place. Highly recommend so beautiful!
It is a great location for a weekend relaxation. The showers, toilet and the changing rooms are very cleannThe entry price is reasonable as well. We enjoyed both outdoor spa and pool. The Te Aroh domain is great as well. It is convenient as there is a cafe close by.
Turned up without an appointment.nInstantly welcomed with kindness. Managed to get the very last booking. They are very lovely professional staff. The baths 100/10 these are definitely my absolute favourite spa. I'm from Rotorua and I have tried all private spa's and this is the only location that allows us to have temperature control which was the best! My family and I love a mineral spa/bath at a higher temperature than most average bathers.nHad my 8yr old daughter with me and she loved it too! They have bubbles jets.nThe facility is 100/10 for cleanliness.nDefinitely going back there!!!! I will go as often as I can!!!
We stopped here on the way, and since I adore thermal springs, I simply couldn’t drive past without trying it. But to be honest, I was a little disappointed. The water didn’t feel completely natural — there were some sanitizing additives that took away from the purity of the experience.nThe room itself was quite small and stuffy, with no drinking water inside, so I had to step out and drink straight from the tap. And to top it all off, the session ended with a loud, jarring sound that had absolutely nothing to do with relaxation.nA moment I wanted to love… but it didn’t quite live up to the magic I hoped for.
We stayed over in Te Aroha on Sat 30 May 2026.nWe had done some travellin gaorund the Waikato during the day & booke din for a 45 minute couples Spa.nWe arrived a little early & the staff were very freindly & inviting & were able to get us into a spa a bit earlier than booked.nWe were unsure what to expect but looked forward to the photos we had seen.nWe were not dissapointed... a quick change in your own private change room adjoining your private spa tub & we were submerged in the warm bubbling mineral water.nThe experience was relaxing & well deserved.n45 minutes flew by & we felt disapinted we had not booked an hour.nWell recommneded if you are stayin gover in Te Aroha, but also well worth the hour stop over if you are travelling through the town.nThank you to the staff & hope to see you soon,nKarl & Karin
