Ah Gelato. And one of the best franchises which offers some of my favorite flavours including pistachio, hazelnut chocolate not nutella but it includes real hazelnuts!. You can have cherries on your ice cream with no extra charge : Highly recommended and always my go-to gelato place
So happy they opened another store!!. Hands down the BEST gelato I’ve ever had and I love trying all their specials. I still can’t understand how they get their sorbets so “creamy”. The flavours and textures are next level!
Absolutely love the gelato here, it’s the best I’ve had outside of Italy. I get the 500gm tub and bring it home, I will admit it’s a bit $$ for me and only for special occasions but absolutely worth the money. The salted caramel is amazing.
Since the one in Bali was closed, this has the same taste and texture that I have been missing of. Long Live Rivareno!
I have tried many flavours, one of my Favourites is the Rockmelon. For non dairy there are plenty of options to choose from including chocolate. I especially love that they bring a special new flavour every week that you can try out. This week they have Mango
Milkshake was awful! Ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was watery and lacked any flavour. I didn’t see how many scoops were added to the milk but it tasted liked they literally just waved the ice cream passed the machine without adding it. It lacked taste and was just like brown milk.
Rivareno Gelato is definitely my favourite chain in Sydney. Unfortunately the staff at the Potts Point staff are rude. I've been served by an Italian man who was the worst and made me want to leave, an Italian women who was also unfriendly, but more recently there was a nice young girl who actually smiled and seemed eager to help. I hope she's there when I come next as I like the gelato.
How lucky are we to have the best gelato in Sydney right on our doorstep? Personal favourite is Moreno - fior di panna with sour cherries and when it is available will definitely order the marron glacé. Tastes like it does in Italy. So make like the Italians and accompany your "passeggiata" with a scoop of Rivareno
So many amazing choices - but there is only so much ice cream you can buy at one point. We will definitely be back. We visited on a warm day, and the gelato was very soft - perhaps because the shopfront is so wide and open ‍.
Ive had gelato from Perth and Melbourne that both pride themselves on being the best and most authentic in the country.. Rivereno by far takes that honour.. Creamiest, softest most flavourful gelato ive ever tasted. 5 stars is not enough.
