Best rotisserie chicken shop in Botany. There are a few of them in the same area but they’ve got the freshest chickens I like the skewers too, the lamb ones are great They give out free stuff every time I order something from them. Got these chocolates yesterday. Very nice All in all, me gusta
Ive been a regular here for about 4 years, and seen it change hands now 3 times from memory. Our family has it every fortnight usually and I honestly love their chicken but of my last half a dozen visits its been a disappointment each time. Tonight we ordered the 1 chicken family pack meal, and the staff in general were not attentive, preferring to chat than watch the food they're preparing. Each of many recent visits has been a collective of; over cooked chicken, missing salads especially early evening, unmotivated staff, over cooked fries regular issue, especially tonight, and Hot / cold fries mixed together... Now to the salads; we love a fattoush salad, and enjoy it well balanced with the house dressing, well its hit and miss...! Its missing the right portions or very soggy... tonight was majority mixed greens with 2 tomato chunks and one cumcumber slice in a container as part of the meal deal. I asked the staff if they had any more salad noting they did, and proceeded to place a fresh tub on the counter. The staff member continued scrape up every last soggy bit of lettuce from the window tub, and when i asked if i could have fresh salad, were reluctant to provide. From my perspective once you start scimping, removing or reducing primary ingredients or leave it to sog to reduce wastage seems WRONG business sense. I dont know whether my issues described relate based on produce cost, poor management, poor skill hire or your just not associated to the culture of this food they're preparing... either way its lost my vote.
I come here almost everyday, it's quick and the food is good/well priced. They have salads which is nice. 4 stars because the quality has been continuously dropping over the past few months after the business was refurbished.
Best Food place! The staff was very friendly. My food came on time. I really loved the chicken burger. Definitely gonna come back again!
Located on Botany Rd, after Bay St. Tayta’s Place is a charcoal chicken, lamb, chicken skewers, salads and tabouli just to name a few. food is served fresh and hot. Super delicious! Staff a very warm welcoming and friendly. I recommend the lamb wrap.
Chicken was a bit dry but good overall. The standout was the baba ganoush. It tasted just like the Chinese olives dipped in soy sauce that I had growing up. Brings a smile to my face just writing about it.
Wraps are not consistent with the fillings. Slightly over priced. I’ve had multiple wraps from here. The grilled breast chicken pictured which was nice, though I opted for salad and no rice... the salad was small and dressing was forgotten. The takeaway wraps always get mixed up so check your food before you get takeaway. When I informed them on my next visit I just received a “oh sorry”. Now I have decided not to visit this shop again, today resulted in a lengthy wait and they not only got my wrap mixed up, I arrived back to work with my colleague and we both had chicken bones in our wraps which were so large I do not understand how they could have missed it in the preparation! Very disappointed and thankful we didn’t break a tooth
Super-friendly staff. The skewers are so juicy and tender and flavoursome. The felafels are crunchy and delicious. Everything we had was great. The best place for lunch in Botany!Recommended dishesLamb Skewers
Now this place was an unexpected surprise. Was taken here by a friend and absolutely loved it. Chicken was perfectly cooked, nice and moist. Garlic dip was beautiful and the side salads perfectly balanced the chicken. Also had the beef BBQ skewers and they were beautifully marinated and grilled. Awesome place for chicken if you are in the area.
Really good fresh wraps and chicken burgers. Fries were great and not greasy. You have to try their Lamb skewer wrap and Kafta wrap, they are yummy!
