I have been a customer of Taylors for over 20 years and I recently had problems with a Butane burner that I purchased there.  I was advised to bring it in and, when I did so one of the sales people agreed with me that it did not seem to be working correctly. I told him that I too believed the item to be defective and asked him if I could swap it for another of the same item. I was told that he had to consult 'Management" he then came back and told me that "They" believed the item was working correctly and would not swap it....this is after he agreed with me that it didn't seem to be working properly! So, Taylors obviously place NO importance on Customer loyalty. Apparently they think that after 20 years as a Customer I would try and rip them off over a $30 item? Well I won't be back...and I'll do my absolute best to cost every potential sale that I can. Be warned people, Taylors have no concept loyalty their customers.

My wife went to Taylor's today to purchase Velcro sheet. When she went to the counter she commented on the price of the sheet. There had been a considerable price rise since the last time purchased. Actually up by $9. The response from the sales person was uncalled for. Very abrupt and his comments that bread and milk go up all the time. We will not go back to this store and we also not recommend this business to anyone.

I own and operate a small business, time is money - I don't have time to step out of the workshop to source materials.  I have been using the services of Taylor's Hardware to source and cut my materials.  They always attend to my orders promptly, the required materials are cut to exact measurements and the quality of the materials has been first grade.  They have also been very helpful with information on adhesives to suit my application.  I highly recommend Taylor's Hardware.
