After interviewing a number of local architects, we decided to go with Taylor'd Distinction. From the concept to completion Peter was incredibly helpful. His design ideas turned a 30yo house into a modern day beauty. More importantly the functionality of our house is amazing. I highly recommend Taylor'd Distinction.

We couldn't recommend Pete highly enough! As first home buyers of 'ya classic beach shack' we were entering unchartered territory full of of major renovations, but with the help and guidance from Pete we have managed to keep the original feel and style of the shack without losing its history to the modern world. We were pretty overwhelmed with the amount of work ahead of us but were instantly put at ease as soon as we met Pete. Pete has a way about how he works with his clients, he really includes you in the whole process and never makes you feel like an idea is silly. He really encouraged us to put everything we wanted into the house and then somehow made it all work perfectly. We felt strongly about the history of the house and keeping it as original as possible. Pete was extremely accommodating throughout the whole process, and was just as in love with that house as we were. Pete isn't your average designer, we felt like he was one of us. He was genuine and easy to work with and always quick to respond to any queries we had, and his attention to detail was second to none. We could not be more stoked with the job Pete has done for us - he has gone above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Pete, and encourage anyone else thinking of the same to invite him into your home.

Peter Taylor and his team designed our home on the Sunshine Coast. Peter provided us with exceptional service. Peter was always prompt, professional and always listened to our needs and wants for the home. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have Peter design the home of our dreams and we can't wait to enjoy it for the next 40 years. We will recommend Peter to all our family and friends.

Pete was very efficient when it came time for us to add an extension. He explained everything step by step and went the extra mile to get more information than needed to be prepared for submission to council. I believe that this thoroughness of his is what led to us having a speedy and trouble free submission and approval. The design was absolutely fabulous and every inch of space has been used effectively in the floor plan. I would definitely recommend Taylor'd Distinction!
