Our master chef and Owner, Michael Tran, learned his Cantonese cuisine from several Executive Chefs who have worked for 5-star hotels in Hong Kong. He also worked for 30 years in many first-class Cantonese Seafood Restaurants in Melbourne before moving to Sydney.
With his superb Cantonese cooking skills, the flavors of his finished dishes are well balanced and not greasy. Apart from that, he uses spices in modest amounts to avoid overwhelming the flavors of the primary ingredients and hence these ingredients are at the peak of their freshness and quality.
