You should inform your passengers whilst on the phone with them or on your website or as soon as they enter the cab, at least, that when paying with a debit card or a credit card you have to pay an additional fee of $2.20. Also, was a pretty poor experiance. So I'll rate your company 1 star and recommend others not to use your services.

I phoned up this company, gave my address and destination and said I wished to pay by eftpos. I was advised a fare of $20 and at the end of the meter read $20.40. I handed over my card to pay and the driver upped the fare to $22.70, citing a "electronic service fee" which I was never advised of. Furthermore, as my business also accepts eftpos I know what it actually costs (almost nothing) so this unscrupulous fee is a blatant scam. Next time I will use Facebook to find someone who wants a few bucks to give me a ride.

Their driver's should know the law around parking and not threaten to do harm upon my vehicle when they are proven to be wrong. It's all on camera too 👌
