After some poor experiences with other taxi companies we tried RSL. From the time they took our booking to the pick up and drop off their service was excellent. The gentleman who took our call was very helpful and took time to discuss with us the best pick up time travelling to the airport allowing for distance and traffic at the time of day. The driver arrived on time, with an SMS notification he was on the way. He was very courteous explained which route he was going to take to be sure it was ok. Arrived on time at the airport, unstressed, and wasn't overcharged.

Excellent Service, car was spotless, and driver was very smart, he sneeked his way out of peak hour traffic, and got me in time for my flight.. very impressed.

Very poor service. Booked a wagon, received a text message about it approaching , and then the wagon never showed up. The operator even blamed me for my 'poor english', what the heck

Absolutely terrible taxi company. Every time I've shared the roads with these taxi drivers, they are rude and aggressive drivers. I would definitely NOT recommend.
