Very poor over the phone attitude from the maori women, yuck as. Asked for some documents to be sent to my email address!!!! Still hasn't arrived. If that's the stuff they're getting paid for, give me the job hahahahaaaa.

Told the last 3 appointments I had were free of charge buy the doctors/nurses as these were existing acc claims and no need to see the receptionist then have been left with bill and unpaid fees. Also they have pushed prices up from $10 to $19.50 without mention. Nz health system has become broken via covid $20 for a 1min phone consultation to get a script for antibiotics for sinus infection hardly seems worth it. Better toughing it out or home remedies.

We’ve been with this Centre for while & Enjoy the level of Service & Professionalism,We understand the Pressures placed on the Health sector & Patients but it is what it is Especially with the Pandemic etc etc.

I have a condition which periodically reoccurrs. I was under a Consultant who prescribed medication and who had treated me previously. It reoccurred so I went to The Medical Centre for medication. Without being examined or listened to I was denied the prescribed medication. I asked for the manager who also totally refused to listen to me. I contacted my Consultant who told me to go immediately to the Emergency Department at the hospital. He phoned the hospital to advise that I would be arriving soon.  Upon arrival at the hospital I was given the prescribed medication. I was told to change my doctor immediately  by two Consultants I have now got an awesome doctor elsewhere that genuinely cares about their patients Absolutely disgusting treatment at the TMC

Had to wait 2 hours, Still didn't get seen, 8 patients were seen before a lady had came to me just to tell me i have to move out of my room for another patient and told me to wait longer in front. I'm disappointed in taupos lack of health medicals. This is not the first time this had happened to me.

Happy to announce they have celebrity Doctors, means you can’t get hold of them even you’re late or travelling 30km to the centre. Patients 15 mins slot will be considered as extra leisure time for the doctor.‍ “WORST EXPERIENCE” compared to my last two GP’s

I am so disappointed with the my indici service.....I have reset my password and used the password sent to me via phone txt and email.....I type it in correctly, and I tripple check it...i have done this so many times...is the system flawed, is the security poor....is it my laptop....this is personal information, I am concerned seriously

Brilliant place to go,  totally professional but you may have to wait

I had an ear infection and went to the clinic they looked after me so well. The doctor gave me a script for my usual  antibiotics and couldn’t be more helpful. The staff were fantastic as were the pharmacist. I am from Australia and would recommend them.

Ripped off . I had an injury on my right knee and right foot, I went in Thursday to get my dressing changed. I told the receptionist that i have to see a nurse, i didn't had to wait too much to see the nurse. But as soon i walked in and she took off my dressing, looked at the wound and she said she will get the doctor to see it as there is some redness around it and there is something black that she couldn't figure out what it was. After like half an hour the doctor turned up literally for few seconds  i'm 100% sure it wasn't even a minute had a look and he said, " i'll get the nurse to change your dressing for now, and your can come in tomorrow to get it changed again and then we can have a look." And i replied, " oh yeah fine." In my mind thinking that this is what i came for anyway just to get the dressing changed.  Once he left the nurse turned up after like half an hour, so basically i had a good hour nap. Then she changed my dressing finally, just took like 5-7 minutes and she told me that i would have to pay $12.50 which is nurse charges and i said okay.  Now, when i came down to reception, the receptionist added the doctor charges too, saying the doctor had to look aswell. Like seriously, he just came in to repeat what i said i was there to get done.  I would have just changed my dressing it at home if i could fold my knee and reach my foot. What an experience.
