Was seen by Dr Lu about a lump in my throat, I was also spitting blood at the time, he didn't even look at it or really listen to what I had to say l, he told me I had asthma and prescribed me a ventilator, I requested another appointment a month later due to the lump increasing in size and I was told I was worried about nothing. About a year later I seen another doctor and she rushed me into further testing and it turns out I had a stage 4 cancer, mantle cell lymphoma. In my opinion it was really pathetic on Dr Lu, I trusted him with my health and his negligence towards me as a patientnleft me with a critical illness that he was to lazy to bother with. It's a shame everytime they get a good doctor at this clinic they always leave.
I recently had a need to have an appointment with Doctor Jennifer Sanders at the Medical Clinic.nThe treatment i received was outstanding. The care, consideration and thoughtfulness given to me by Dr. Sanders was excellent.nI am aware she is most difficult to obtain an appointment with and due to her caring and considerate nature i can well understand why.nTatura is lucky to have such a professional and dedicated Doctor practicing in our town. Dr Sanders keep up the good work!
Went there 4 times, will never again! Only doctors that seem to be ok are Dr Sanders an Dr Atkins, but they are booked out for weeks.nDr Jose and Dr Lu seemed to not listening to what I was concerned about.nLadies at reception very short-sentenced and anything else but friendly.nPaid for private consultation. Really not worth it!nGoing to clinic at back of pharmacy since. Dr Muhammad Hassan takes time to listen, asks a lot of questions and remembers me every time I am back.nAlso very kind to my children. Lady at reception is very polite.nThat's a bulk bill clinic! Much better service there!
This is a great community medical practice with well qualified, helpful, and friendly staff.
Really friendly staff and really lovely receptionist!! Got stitched up and better in no time.
