The family's first restaurant in Australia established in 1984 and since has been past down from two family generations of Traditional Hong Kong Cuisine cooking. We may have moved on to a smaller restaurant but our menu still holds over 300 recipes. This does not include the various off the menu specials and our chef's own homemade recipes (try the homemade Beancurd Tofu). Oh, and the Pork Belly Hot Pot recipe that was passed on from their father.
Vegetables are freshly hand picked each morning prior opening and the noodle soup base is slow boiled 7-8 hours. We also exclusively prepare only two Crispy Chicken a day.
