I see Dr Bibi and Dr Chandra when Dr Bibi is away. They are both very good Dr's, both are very professional and have helped me to have better quality of life. I have seen a lot of Drs over the last 28 years and these are second to none. They see me as a human being, not just a number.
Ive had nothing but great and prompt service from this practice, in my eight years Ive been a patient they’ve taken care of all my health care from the mundane to being my GP though major cancer surgery
I have been to doctors all around the country as travel and housesit with my kids and literally the best place ever. From the front desk to being on time and to the fact they actually listen and care I highly recommend it. I saw two doctors there between myself and kids and both were so wonderful and thorough. Finding a good doctor these days is so hard and I literally wish I could have this be ours forever but we are leaving Tasmania.
Took my client to Dr Holona who was quite rude and didn't follow through with the appointment and requested her to come back and still didn't resolve or examine the patient. And he didn't like that I stood up and tried to explain what she was experiencing and explaining things in easy terms.
Have been many times, front staff are lovely, some doctors are good too but I went to dr dilani to get a second X-ray for my daughter who hurt her arm, incase something was missed due to swelling at the last X-ray in emergency as it was still as painful as the day she hurt it 5 days later.nDilani then advised me that I need to protect her ovaries and eggs and should not give her a un needed X-ray, I said well the amount of people telling me that their kids were told no break then weeks later had a second and they were broken doesn’t give me much faith in the first X-ray.nShe said, well you’ll be going back there anyway and lectured me on ovaries and radiation some more, telling me she worked in paediatric for a while blah blah, then said well do you still want to put her through all that radiation after I just explained about radiation, I said if it was a sprain should the pain be less after 5 days ? She said yes and I said well it isn’t so I still want one, she’s in pain. she huffed gave me another lecture, told me I’m giving the referral for the forearm not the wrist because that’s where she’s feeling pain. I said the pain is in the bit you didn’t touch that I tried to tell you about.nthen she handed me the paper, stared at me and said ‘ I want you to know as I parent I would not subject my child to this. I said I’m not looking for parenting advice and walked out.nnThat’s piss poor mum shaming and unprofessional behaviour.
