Fantastic coastal scenery, including towering cliffs and pretty bays. Some restrictions on the direction you can walk certain trails is a bit limiting, so plan ahead. They say it's because of root rot, but I wonder how much the paid Three Capes Walk has influenced these added restrictions.

Walked Cape Hauy! We found it was challenging because there are so many steps up and down the mountains before you reach this well worthy platform....the view is astonishing! Couldn't stop to exclaim our stupor and amazement! It took us 4h30minutes because we stopped few times to take photos and have a snack. We should have started our walk in the morning instead of at 3h30pm....we were eager to arrive before dark!

Sprawling park featuring magnificent sea cliffs, wide choice of walks catering for most people. Like most of Tassie, it could do with more visitor toilet facilities. Bring water if walking.

Dolerite rock formations, whales, dolphins, birds the odd snake 😁 and the best scenery Australia has on offer.

Our favourite area in Tasmania by far! The Cape Raoul and Cape Huay hikes were amazing. Pirates bay cove, tessellated beach, remarkable cave and numerous blowholes were also great. The places near the road are pretty touristy but the hikes get you away from that. Beware bad drivers in parking lots! It is recommended to buy a park pass so you don't get a ticket. Google or ask around on where to buy. Our fave campground in the area was in Port Arthur.
