We’d spent quite a while looking for where we would buy our cot and change table. Enter Tasman Eco. I won’t lie—they got us with their Instagram activity. The stories they have are so authentic—you can really see the family working behind the scenes on the family business. But I didn’t know it was a family business until we got to their warehouse sale and started chatting with them while peppering our questions about the hardware on display. We were just stoked to get some nice looking baby furniture for our compact 1 bedder. But the team are all so kind, and really know their stuff. We ended up leaving with a compact cot / bassinet combo, a mattress, the cover, sheets, a change table, and a tiny armchair for bub, which our dog has claimed for herself—should have bought 2! Happy to keep giving this family our business—if you ever see them at one of the many baby expos around Sydney, definitely worth stopping by. Good humans selling good products. If they ever do another warehouse sale, make sure you rent a van!
After a delay with delivery on our queen mattress, I emailed customer service. John was fantastic, getting on to the couriers and keeping me in the loop with progress. Our mattress arrived today as promised. I'm sure our guests will enjoy a wonderful nights sleep. I'll have no hesitation in recommending your company. Thanks John
We bought 2 compact cots through a baby expo from Tasman Eco, for a great deal. John was lovely, and ready to help with every step of the order. When wires were crossed regarding one item, he went out of his way, delivering personally on the weekend to ensure we got it sorted asap. The cots are great quality, were easy to build and are just what we need for a small bedroom with twins. The wheels allowing them to be moved room to room is a great touch. Thanks TE!
Very impressed with Tasman Eco’s customer service. I had placed an order for the Venice cot in between Xmas and new year but reached out to see if I could add the matching set of draws, with in an hour I had a missed call and a follow up email from John, giving me the options I had to add more items to my order. Such an easy seamless process.
Highly Efficient and Caring! 5 Stars for Service! We purchased our first Cot and accessories through Tasman Eco online and since our shipping address was outside the usual, we had to contact for shipping costs. I received an email back from the Tasman Eco service team within 30 minutes with a shipping quote which was heavily discounted as we were spending so much $$ and it was easily added straight onto the order. Once the order was placed, it was shipped straight away and the service team even offered to video chat to help if we ran into any issues with the assembly. All in all a great experience especially for a first-time mum with a lot on her mind! and would highly recommend!
Absolutely exceptional service - I was blown away by these guys! Spoke to John who was SO knowledgeable about the cot I was interested in - his detailed knowledge, super quick email responses, and passion for the family business was inspiring! Turns out that his father also was part of the committee that created the Australian safety standards, so they not only meet but exceed safety standards. They are also really open to feedback on their products too. A true blue aussie family company who are doing awesome things for bubs & families :
The service at Tasman Eco is great! There was a bit of a mishap with the courier but John personally made sure it was corrected and ended up being delivered the next day, even calling me to make sure I knew it was getting delivered. Great service and would highly recommend people looking for cots and mattresses to buy from them! Very pleased.
I had not seen the cot in any store, so I was a bit worry to order online. However, when I got it I really liked it. It is a very sturdy and high quality cot. Highly recommend it. More importantly, the customer service was exceptional. I sent them several emails before placing my order, each time immediately they responded. Very supportive team. Thanks for that.

John from Tasman Eco has fantastic Customer Service. They really helped us out living regionally in Karratha were it's impossible to get things sent to. Really worked with us and made it possible to get the Venice Package down to Perth with a great freight cost. Freight was super fast! I highly recommend them and we can't wait to use this set with our baby Girl.
